CBSE launches Pre-Examination Annual counselling for students and parents that would be free of cost. This counselling was started on 1st February and will be ending at 22nd April, 2016. This will help the students to overcome exam’s related stress. CBSE uses different ways to provide counselling to the students such as through Telephone, Newspaper, and online through its website, CBSE.

Who are the Counsellors?

Around 76 Principals and trained counsellers from CBSE affiliated schools located either in India or outside India.

How to get counselling?

Students can get counselling through phone by dialing CBSE helpline tool free number, 1800 11 8004, from any part of the country. The common questions will be handled by operators but the students can be connected to principals or counsellors if question is related to exams stress. Helpline number will be available on all days between 8 AM to 10 PM.

Online counselling is also available for students with the help of email. Students can contact or for online counselling.
